Short version: the quote form sends us what you typed, and that is the only thing this site collects.

When you submit the quote form, the details you enter (name, email, phone, event information) are emailed to Encore Images and used to reply to you. They are not sold, shared or added to a mailing list.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel; both may log standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve requests.

Photos of headshot subjects shown on this site are used with permission from the events and companies involved. Attendees photographed at a station receive their own photos directly and can request removal from a gallery at any time.
